Midwestern, bilingual professional here. I was born and raised in a small town in Nebraska, and after nineteen years I decided to see what else life had to offer.
My first move was to Denver Colorado where I lived for twenty years. There I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (1994) from University of Phoenix (Denver campus) and worked for the City of Denver. I bought my first home and renovated it from top to bottom which probably planted the real estate seed.
My second move was to Cuernavaca, Mexico where I immersed myself for nearly one year, and became fluent in the Spanish language. From Cuernavaca, I relocated to Buenos Aires where I also studied the culture of both countries.
In 2001 I embarked on a new career in Real Estate in South Florida, and now fifteen years later I pride myself as being a top producing seasoned realtor. I have closed hundreds of transactions and cultivated many wonderful and trusting relationships with my clients. Getting back to Fort Lauderdale, I still can’t believe I live in paradise! The tropical climate, sandy beaches with turquoise waters….unbelievable!! Wearing shorts and t-shirts in the winter time can’t be beat! I live in East Fort Lauderdale and, I am very familiar with areas East of Federal Highway, from Pompano South to Miami Beach.
I look forward to putting my experience, in depth knowledge of the South Florida market and my keen negotiation skills to work for you.
